 The interested patry is guaranteed the rights referred to in articles 15 and following of the GDPR, consisting essentially in the right to receive information from the Controller regarding the existence of the processing of personal data, as well as to access the personal data, to obtain their amendment, integration, updating and cancellation; furthermore, each interested party will also have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data, the limitation of the processing and / or, to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability and to submit a complaint with the competent control authorities under the conditions and within the limits indicated in art. 13 GDPR.
