We are looking for a Research Technician to be employed in one of our subsidiaries, Oloker Therapeutics, a biotechnology start-up dedicated to the discovery, development and commercialization of cellular therapies for the treatment of cardiovascular disease.
The candidates must have a degree in biology, biotechnology, clinical laboratory science or related disciplines.
We are looking for an experienced technician with at least 5 years training. Experience with human stem/progenitor cell culture, knowledge of cardiac cell, molecular biology and biochemistry assays is required. Expertise in flow cytometry and imaging techniques and biostatistics will be an advantage.
Good English and good communication skills are required, as well as evidence of being a good team player and with a sense of urgency in delivering relevant scientific results with the proper methodologies.
The initial appointment will be one year, renewable.
The work location will be at Department of Experimental Oncology European Institute of Oncology, Via Adamello 16, 20139 Milano, Italy.
